Billing FAQ
Subscription questions.
- First-time Pro users get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews unless you cancel.
- From your Apple ID (Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions). HomeCanon never touches the cancel flow.
- Yes. Apple and Google both allow plan changes from the subscription management screen. The new plan starts at your next billing cycle.
- Your data stays intact. Features above free-tier limits become read-only. Renew or trim down to free-tier limits to fully unlock the app again.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their standard policies. Contact support@homecanon.com if something is wrong and we'll do our best to help.
- Business is annual, invoice-billed in USD. Pricing starts at $29 per property per month, billed yearly. Volume discounts apply above 25 properties; email sales@homecanon.com for a quote.
