Common questions.
- You do. Data lives in your tenant of our Supabase project, RLS-isolated from other organizations. CSV exports are available any time via the web companion or by request.
- Not yet. Magic-link sign-in is the only auth path today. SSO (SAML / OIDC) is on the roadmap; talk to us if it's a blocker.
- Annual term, USD, billed yearly in advance via invoice. Standard MSA available; we'll share it on request.
- Properties can be added at the prorated monthly rate. Removals process at renewal — no mid-term refunds for shrinkage.
- Five properties is the practical minimum to make HomeCanon Business pay off vs. individual Pro subscriptions.
